Anyone, anywhere access to community-oriented services

This position paper describes and discusses PALIO1 , a new project recently funded by the European Commission's Information Society Technologies (IST) Programme. PALIO builds on previous European research and technological development efforts to provide a novel understanding of anyone, anywhere access to communityoriented services.
