Complexity and Cognitive Computing
Abstract. This paper has as main goal to develop a hybrid expert system to minimize some of the complexity problems related to arti cial intelligence eld. For instance, we can mention: the so-called bottleneck of expert systems, e.g., the knowledge elicitation process the choice of the model for the knowledge representation to code human reasoning In relation to the connectionist approach, the number of neurons in the hidden layer and the topology used The di culty to obtain the explanation on how the network arrived to a conclusion. So, we integrated the cognitive computing in our system to overcome these di culties.
