An Intelligent Home Environment based on Service Planning over Peer-to-Peer Overlay Network
With the population of network usage, it is possible to connect home appliances with each other. The basic demand is to connect home appliances easily with less user intervening and home network is an complex environment which comprises several network architecture including ethernet, wireless network, or power-line etc.. Therefore, integrating heterogeneous environment in home network to reduce user intervening effort will be the first issue to realize smart home environment. On the other hand, there exists many services within home network, these services need to be integrated to make home network smart. So we propose a middleware to realize smart home environment over peer-to-peer overlay network to resolve the heterogeneous home environment problem and propose the service collaboration framework to use home services intelligently.
