This paper is a comprehensive presentation of our efforts to support mobile learning. We are developing the Intelligent Mobile Learning System which provides adaptive course and assessment material to our students. The system learns by experience, changes its knowledge based on students' feedback and follows a student's progress; the adaptive testing approach has been applied to diagnostic, formative and summative assessment.
