A low dropout, CMOS regulator with high PSR over wideband frequencies
Modern System-on-Chip (SoC) environments are swamped in high frequency noise that is generated by RF and digital circuits and propagated onto supply rails through capacitive coupling. In these systems, linear regulators are used to shield noise-sensitive analog blocks from high frequency fluctuations in the power supply. This work presents a low dropout regulator that achieves Power Supply Rejection (PSR) better than -40dB over the entire frequency spectrum. The
