Measured Comparative Performance of TCP Stacks

This extended abstract present ﬁndings on measured TCP performance of a range of network stacks. We have found that there are signiﬁcant diﬀerences between the TCP implementations found in Linux, FreeBSD, OpenBSD and Windows XP.
