The Semantics of MALLET-An Agent Teamwork Encoding Language

Abstract. MALLET is a team-oriented agent speciﬁcation and programming language. In this paper, we deﬁne an operational semantics for MALLET in terms of a transition system. The semantics can be used to guide the implementation of MALLET interpreters, and to formally study the properties of team-based agents speciﬁed in MALLET.
