An Information Systems Approach to Support Decision Makers Selecting Group Decision Processes
This paper describes a support system for group decision-making. The system is based on a database of typical decision cases and also an underlying model of the group decision process. The model serves to organize the way users interact with the database, exploring, analysing and selecting cases. Currently the database has 75 group decision cases. Key words: Decision-making processes, group decision support systems, group decision cases.
