Human error of commission modeled with Theory of Games
— Industrial plants makes a carefully trace of the human intervention on the process. This intervention happens at different points in the history of the facility, since the design and building to the operation and maintenance. Error consequences in these activities where the human interacts with the plant can be potentially serious. Nevertheless, must be note that human intervention is beneficial for the plant performance optimization or in order to recover it of a fault. In this work we will focus on errors of commission. This type of error is made for a human who pretend to do a procedure in a different way to the pre-established form based on his/her experience. In the international order exists a cup of methodologies that pretend to approach this subject but its application it is from extreme complexity for the most of the plants.
